Hurricane Katrina Devastates All
Hello. I just got some news on Saturday that my oldest BFF who moved to California, his older sister of 28 died in the hurricane. From what I could understand, she got trapped in her house and drowned. Her wedding was Friday... Laurie Gonzales, a beautiful woman and person. She was so selfless and just so, amazing! I loved her like a sister, but... I know she's in a better place now.
Monday was the proformance and it was a total blob! Some people played in the rests and when we were at attention, they relaxed. My section was nearly perfect, I mean there are only 12 older kids in the Symphonic band, including myself, and the rest are a year behind! But, oh well, we sounded great though. I saw all my old friends: Krystien-Flute Diana-Trumpet Amanda-Clarinet & Justin-Snare [drum]. Siobhan saw Jesse, Gina, Steven and Aberham because they were in her row, I didn't see them :(!!! I miss them all sooo much...yeah even Jesse who tormented me (not evilly though).
*Sigh* I have math homework and we're multiplying and dividing fractions, which no matter how hard I try, I still manage to get it wrong, yeah-even with the calculator! HELP I NEED TUTORING!!!
I looks like a tornado is going to form, but I sure hope not! I'm still a little shaken up by Katrina, the killer hurricane. I know that hurricane will never be forgotton, not by me or Bryan, or anyone who lost family or friends anyway. Oh guys, pray for me...this storm might be really bad.
Anyway, typing fast so I could let my dog inside.. I love you all and if I die, (yeah, I know I'm overeacting) make sure you pray that I hopefully get up to a nice place in the otherworld. :) Sammy, I love you friend-wise too!
